- Recognize and trust your own experiences of God
- Discern or make difficult choices
- Better integrate your faith life into your everyday life
- Explore ways to pray
- Grow in your relationship with God, others, self and all of God’s creation
- Grow into the person that God is calling you to be
Spiritual direction is for anyone who would like to grow in their personal relationship with God.
Each person seeking direction determines how long and how often they will meet. The most common arrangement is a monthly appointment for one hour.
Suggested Stipend: $45. (other arrangements can be made.)

One of my favorite written prayers ends with “Show me Lord, how to love you, and guide me in becoming the person whom you created me to be.” I’ve been going to a spiritual companion/director for more than 15 years and their attentive listening allows me to identify how God is working in my life. Sacred listening allows us to identify God working in our lives and it is an honor to witness those moments of grace.
