You may honor a living or deceased person with a perpetual remembrance.
Enrollment is a beautiful gift at special times in this life and for the eternal rest of our faithful departed. Text on the card is as follows:
“NAME OF ENROLLED shall enjoy an ongoing remembrance in the benefit of daily masses, devotions and apostolic works of our Passionist Communities.”
With each enrollment, you will receive a lovely hard-bound card with the image of your choice and a color-coordinated binder. We are happy to send the card to you or to another person on your behalf.

- The enrollment form should be completed in full
- The $5 mailing cost covers shipping to the continental US only.
Binders are available in GOLD, LIGHT BLUE, DARK BLUE and RED.
