We are looking for an organized individual to join our team as an Event Coordinator & Bookkeeper. This role is designed for someone who excels at managing both the logistical and financial aspects of events, while ensuring an atmosphere of hospitality. Responsible for setting up registration and attendee records and processing payments related to events and donations. Specific qualifications sought include proficiency in basic computer applications (word processing, spreadsheets, email) and especially Customer Relationship Management database programs, strong organizational and communication skills, and attention to detail.
